On completion of a recent technical debt survey, we’ve made the next step to tighten our relationships with the Consortium for IT Software Quality (CISQ), a Special Interest Group (SIG) of the Object Management Group (OMG), and registered as a CISQ member.
As said on their official Web site, «the Consortium for IT Software Quality (CISQ) is an IT industry leadership group comprised of IT executives from the Global 2000, system integrators, outsourced service providers, and software technology vendors committed to introducing computable metrics standards for measuring software quality & size. CISQ is a neutral, open forum in which customers and suppliers of IT application software can develop an industry-wide agenda of actions for improving IT application quality to reduce cost and risk.
CISQ puts IT leaders in the position to directly participate in the development of the industry standard and prevailing methodology for measuring IT software quality. <…> CISQ members include IT executives and practitioners in charge of significant mission critical applications from many enterprises, systems integrators and public sector institutions across the globe.»
